Set amidst a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the famous artists’ colony of Deià between the sparkling Mediterranean and the Tramuntana Mountains, La Residencia's location is truly spectacular. The twin manor houses, built of honeyed stone, are a balm to the senses. Washed in golden light and fragrant with the heady scent of the surrounding citrus groves, only the drowsy chirping of cicadas will disturb your peace.
There are just 67 rooms and suites, plus a sumptuous villa. These are spread across three 16th Century manor houses and are individually designed in a rustic yet luxurious style. The rooms are full of local character, furnished with Mallorcan antiques and works of art, and come equipped with a TV, DVD player, iHome music system and WiFi. Some rooms and most of the suites also have a private balcony, terrace or garden, and the Executive Junior Suites and Exclusive Suites have a plunge pool. The spacious Presidential Suite boasts a large terrace, private pool and garden, while the three bedroom Villa, a former private residence, has its own kitchen, dining room, heated pool and barbecue.
